Polygon Domains and Relative Coordinates

In Figure 1, a yellow colored area is illustrated. Because the edges are slanted, it cannot be generated with the Rectangular Domain tool. For such objects, the Polygon Domain tool is ideal.

In the following steps, you will enter this domain with relative coordinates via the keyboard. The relative coordinates can be found in Figure 2. The values are indicated for an entry counterclockwise, whereby the first value represents dx and the second value dy.

Summary

The entry of a Polygon Domain with the keyboard can either entail Absolute or Relative coordinates.
By clicking on the Next button, the next polygon corner can be defined. By clicking on the Create button the polygon is closed and generated.
